Receive Invoice
A formal invoice is issued. Your slot is provisionally held for 14 days pending payment (Platinum & Gold) or 7 days (Silver), to accommodate corporate biopharma procurement cycles.

Confirm & Onboard
Full payment confirms your place. You receive a sponsor toolkit with all deadlines and deliverables.
Key Terms & Conditions
Payment
Full payment required within 30 days of invoice. Wire transfer, bank draft, or credit card accepted. Special arrangements require written approval.
Exhibition Space Assignment
Booth locations assigned 30–45 days before the event, with priority to sponsors who have paid in full.
Cancellation by Sponsor
75% refund for cancellations 60+ days before the event (25% admin fee retained). No full refund within 59 days of the event.
Event Postponement / Cancellation
If postponed, funds carry forward to the rescheduled date. If cancelled outright, a refund is issued less administration expenses.
Logo Submission
Logos and graphics must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the event. Organisers may use sponsor assets across all marketing channels.
Dispute Resolution
Submit written disputes to akhil.sravan@synerg.events. Allow 14 business days for response. Terms apply upon payment processing.
