Cancellation & Refund

  • 75% refund for cancellations 60+ days before the event (25% admin fee retained).
  • Cancellations within 59 days: no refund. Substitutions accepted at no charge.
  • Requests must be submitted in writing to akhil.sravan@synerg.events.
  • Refunds processed within 30 business days to the original payment method.

Ticket Transfer / Substitution

  • Tickets are transferable to another person from the same organisation until 30 April 2027.
  • One-time transfer only. Please notify us in writing with the new delegate's details.

Event Postponement / Cancellation

  • If NULLIFY 2027 is postponed, all funds carry forward to the rescheduled date.
  • If cancelled outright, refunds are issued less administration expenses incurred.

Payment & Additional Info

  • Full payment required within 30 days of invoice. Card, bank transfer, or PO accepted.
  • Tax invoices issued automatically upon registration.
  • Visa invitation letters available upon request after full payment.
