Please read these terms carefully before registering for or attending NULLIFY 2027.
By registering for NULLIFY 2027 (the "Event"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between you (the "Delegate") and Synerg Events (the "Organiser"). If you are registering on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
Registration is open to professionals in relevant fields as described on the registration page. By selecting a delegate category, you confirm that you qualify for that category. The Organiser reserves the right to verify eligibility and, if a delegate does not qualify for their selected category, to re-categorise the registration at the appropriate rate or cancel the registration with a full refund.
Registrations are non-transferable unless agreed in writing by the Organiser. Delegate badges may not be shared or transferred.
Full payment is required within 30 days of invoice. Accepted payment methods include wire transfer, bank draft, and credit card. Special payment arrangements require prior written approval from the Organiser.
Prices are as listed at the time of registration. Early-bird rates apply until 16 August 2026. Standard rates apply from 17 August 2026. Late registration rates apply from 1 February 2027. All prices are in USD and exclusive of any applicable local taxes.
Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed registrations without notice.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@synerg.events.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or partial attendance.
If NULLIFY 2027 is postponed, all funds paid will carry forward to the rescheduled date. Delegates who cannot attend the rescheduled date may request a refund within 30 days of the postponement announcement.
If the Event is cancelled outright by the Organiser, refunds will be issued less any non-recoverable administration expenses already incurred. The Organiser's total liability in such cases shall not exceed the registration fee paid by the individual delegate.
The Organiser is not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by delegates in connection with an event postponement or cancellation.
The Organiser reserves the right to modify the programme, speakers, venue, and format of the Event at any time. Speaker substitutions, session removals, or schedule changes do not constitute grounds for refund. The Organiser will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to registered delegates.
All delegates are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. The Organiser reserves the right to remove any delegate from the Event without refund if their conduct is deemed disruptive, offensive, or in breach of these terms or any applicable law.
Delegate badges must be worn at all times within the event venue. Unauthorised access to restricted areas is prohibited.
Session presentations, speaker materials, and all event content remain the intellectual property of the respective speakers and the Organiser. Delegates may not record, photograph, or reproduce session content without prior written consent.
The Organiser may photograph and record the Event for promotional and archival purposes. By attending, delegates consent to their image being captured in this context. If you have any concerns, notify us in advance at info@synerg.events.
Virtual delegates receive live-stream access and on-demand recordings for 90 days post-event. Virtual access credentials are issued to the registered individual and may not be shared. Technical difficulties on the delegate's end (connectivity, device) do not constitute grounds for a refund.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser's total liability to any delegate arising from or in connection with the Event shall not exceed the registration fee paid by that delegate. The Organiser is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage.
The Organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to delegates' personal property at the event venue.
The Organiser shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, public health emergencies, natural disasters, or venue unavailability.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
Any disputes should first be raised in writing with the Organiser at info@synerg.events. We will endeavour to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receipt. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to mediation or legal proceedings as appropriate.
If you have any questions about these Terms & Conditions, please contact Synerg Events at info@synerg.events. We recommend reviewing these terms before completing your registration.
