Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations received on or before 31 May 2027: Full refund minus $150 administrative fee.
  • Cancellations received between 1 June - 30 June 2027: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations received after 30 June 2027: No refund.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Sachin.sravan@synerg.events.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 business days to the original payment method.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or partial attendance.

Ticket Transfer / Substitution

  • Tickets are transferable to another person from the same organization until 30 June 2027.
  • One-time transfer only. Please notify us in writing with the new delegate's details.

Force Majeure

  • In the event the summit is cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, including government restrictions, natural disasters, health emergencies, or venue issues, delegates may receive a full refund.
  • Delegates may also transfer their ticket to the rescheduled date or NEURO-LOGIC 2028.

  • Payment Methods: Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Bank Transfer, or PayPal.
  • Visa Invitation Letters: Available upon request for international delegates, subject to approval and full payment.
  • Tax Invoices: Issued automatically upon registration.
  • Delegate Badges: All attendees must wear their official badge at all times for entry.
  • Photography & Recording: By registering, you grant permission for event photos and recordings to be used for promotional purposes. You may opt out during registration.
  • Code of Conduct: Synerg Events reserves the right to remove any delegate who violates the code of conduct without refund.
  • Liability: Synerg Events is not responsible for loss, injury, or damage to personal property. Travel, accommodation, and insurance are the responsibility of each delegate.
