Terms & Conditions
The terms governing your registration for and participation in ADC NEXUS 2027. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Pharmasynerg Events Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), the organizer of the ADC NEXUS 2027 summit (the "Summit"). By registering for, purchasing a pass to, or attending the Summit, you agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions
"Summit" means the ADC NEXUS 2027 event and associated services. "Delegate" or "Attendee" means any individual holding a valid pass. "Pass" means a registration ticket type as described on the registration page. "Partner" means a sponsor, exhibitor, or CDMO participating in the Summit.
2. Eligibility & curated registration
Attendance is strictly curated for senior life science, biotech, and manufacturing professionals. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to review, verify, decline, or revoke any registration in order to maintain an elite, transaction-driven environment and an appropriate buyer-to-vendor ratio. Registrations are personal to the named Delegate and may not be shared.
3. Passes, pricing & payment
- Pass prices are stated in US dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable Swiss VAT or other taxes, which will be added where required.
- Early-bird rates are valid only until the stated deadline (30 September 2026) and are applied automatically to registrations completed and paid before that date.
- Registration is confirmed only upon our acceptance and receipt of full payment. Access may be withheld where payment is outstanding.
- We may offer group or delegation rates at our discretion; contact us for details.
4. Cancellations, refunds & substitutions
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@synerg.events. Unless stated otherwise in your registration confirmation:
- Cancellations received more than 90 days before the Summit are eligible for a refund less an administration fee;
- Cancellations received within 90 days of the Summit are non-refundable;
- Substitutions - you may transfer your pass to an eligible colleague at no charge by notifying us in writing before the event, subject to eligibility verification.
5. Program changes
We make every effort to deliver the Summit as advertised, but the agenda, speakers, format, and venue are subject to change. We reserve the right to alter or substitute program content, speakers, or timings without liability, provided the overall nature of the Summit is preserved.
6. Force majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in delivering the Summit caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, epidemic or pandemic, government restrictions, strikes, war, terrorism, or failure of infrastructure. Where the Summit is postponed for such reasons, passes will ordinarily be transferred to the rescheduled dates.
7. Attendee code of conduct
All Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, unsafe behavior, or disruption of the event or other attendees will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any person from the Summit without refund for breach of this code, and to refuse future admission.
8. Business Partnering Platform
Access to the AI-powered 1-on-1 Business Partnering Platform is provided for the purpose of arranging legitimate business meetings between verified Attendees. You agree not to misuse the platform, harvest data, send unsolicited bulk communications, or use contact information for any purpose other than arranging Summit meetings. Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Photography, filming & media
The Summit may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. By attending, you consent to your image, voice, and likeness being captured and used by us and our partners for promotional and archival purposes. If you do not wish to be featured, please notify our on-site team.
10. Intellectual property
All content presented at the Summit and on this website - including branding, agendas, presentation materials, whitepapers, and data packages - is protected by intellectual property rights owned by us or our licensors. You may use materials provided to you for your own internal, non-commercial purposes only, and may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Summit shall not exceed the amount paid by you for your pass. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business, or opportunity. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The courts of Zurich, Switzerland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Summit, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.
