Common questions
This pass is reserved for employees of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, virtual biopharma, and therapeutic-development organizations that own or actively develop ADC assets. Consultants, CDMOs, vendors, and service providers must register using the Solution Provider Pass.
This pass is intended for CDMOs, CROs, equipment manufacturers, technology providers, engineering firms, logistics companies, consultants, analytical providers, and other organizations offering commercial services to ADC developers.
Scheduled networking lunches, refreshment breaks, and the Day 1 networking reception are included. Accommodation, travel, and separately designated invitation-only functions are not included unless stated otherwise.
The partnering platform is planned to open approximately four weeks before the summit. Registered delegates will receive activation instructions by email.
Yes. A registration may be transferred to an eligible colleague in accordance with the substitution policy and pass-category requirements.
Yes. Organizations registering three or more delegates may request a group-registration package from the delegate-relations team.
Visa-support letters may be issued to fully registered and paid delegates after eligibility and payment verification. The organizer cannot guarantee visa approval.
No. Hotel accommodation is not included in the delegate pass. Venue and recommended hotel information will be shared separately.
Yes. A booking confirmation and invoice or payment receipt will be issued according to the selected payment method.
The summit is primarily designed for senior industry and commercial decision-makers. Academic or student participation may be reviewed individually based on relevance and available capacity.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Requests received more than 90 days before the Summit are eligible for a refund less an administration fee; cancellations within 90 days are non-refundable.
You may transfer your pass to an eligible colleague at no charge by notifying us before the event, subject to eligibility verification.
