How we collect, use, share, and protect your personal data in connection with the Sterile Fill-Finish & Supply Chain Summit for ADCs, and the rights available to you.
Last updated 11 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Pharmasynerg Events Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), as organizer of the ADC NEXUS 2027 summit (the "Summit"), processes personal data of delegates, speakers, exhibitors, partners, and website visitors. We are committed to handling your data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
1. Who we are
The data controller for personal data processed in connection with the Summit is SYNERG, the event's organizer. For any privacy-related enquiry, or to exercise your rights, contact us at info@synerg.events.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you register, request the prospectus, or contact us, we collect details such as your name, job title, employer, business email and phone number, billing information, dietary or accessibility requirements, and any information you add to your partnering-platform profile.
Information collected automatically
When you use our website we collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring URLs, primarily through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 8).
Information from third parties
We may receive limited information from your employer (for group registrations), our registration and payment processors, and publicly available professional sources to verify eligibility for our curated audience.
3. How we use your information
- To process your registration, payment, and access to the Summit;
- To operate the AI-powered 1-on-1 Business Partnering Platform and facilitate meetings you request;
- To communicate logistics, agenda updates, and important event information;
- To verify eligibility and maintain the buyer-to-vendor ratio of our curated audience;
- To send you marketing about future events where permitted, from which you may opt out at any time;
- To improve our website, content, and services, and to comply with our legal obligations.
4. Legal bases for processing
We rely on one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to deliver the Summit you register for); legitimate interests (to run, secure, and improve our events and curate the audience); consent (for optional marketing and certain cookies, withdrawable at any time); and compliance with a legal obligation (for tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements).
5. Sharing with partners & the partnering platform
Because the Summit is a business-matchmaking environment, some sharing of professional contact data is inherent to the service:
- Partnering platform: your professional profile (name, title, company, asset or service focus) is visible to other verified delegates for the purpose of arranging meetings. You control the optional details you add.
- Sponsors & exhibitors: where you request a meeting, scan your badge, or visit a booth, relevant contact details may be shared with that partner. We do not sell your data.
- Service providers: registration, payment, hosting, email, and analytics providers acting as processors under contract.
- Legal & safety: authorities or advisors where required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of attendees.
6. International data transfers
The Summit is staged in Switzerland and our attendees and partners are global. Where personal data is transferred outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, including the operation of the event, our legitimate business interests, and applicable legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When no longer needed, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
8. Cookies & analytics
Our website uses strictly necessary cookies to function, and - subject to your consent where required - analytics cookies to understand usage and improve the experience. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.
9. Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures - including access controls, encryption in transit, and vetting of processors - to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data; to object to processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email info@synerg.events. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority or the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
11. Third-party links
Our website and communications may contain links to third-party sites, including partner and sponsor websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated to registered delegates.
