Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website or purchasing a PARITY 2027 delegate pass, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or complete a registration. Separate sponsorship and speaker agreements may apply where relevant.

2. About the event

PARITY 2027 is produced by Pharmasynerg Events and is scheduled for September 21 to 23, 2027, at The Logan Philadelphia Hotel, One Logan Square, Philadelphia, PA 19103. Dates, pricing, agenda, speakers, and operational details described on this site may be updated prior to final publication.

3. Registration and payment

A delegate registration is confirmed only after the applicable pass price has been displayed, accepted, and successfully paid through PayPal. All prices are charged in United States dollars (USD). PARITY does not receive or store card details. Your card issuer or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or other charges outside our control.

Registration categories are subject to eligibility review. If the selected category does not match the attendee's organization, the PARITY team will contact the purchaser before making any rate change or additional charge.

4. Cancellations, refunds, and substitutions

Written cancellation requests received by July 22, 2027 are eligible for a refund of the registration fee less a USD 150 administration fee. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations received on or after July 23, 2027, or for non-attendance.

A paid registration may be transferred to another eligible attendee from the same organization through September 14, 2027. Approved substitutions are subject to a USD 50 administration fee and any difference between the original and applicable registration rate. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing to the PARITY team.

5. Sponsorship and exhibition

Sponsorship packages described on this site are working targets subject to a formal sponsorship agreement. Confirmed sponsors will receive a separate contract governing deliverables, payment terms, cancellation, and liability specific to their package.

6. Speaker participation

Submitting a speaking proposal does not guarantee a speaking slot. Confirmed speakers will be asked to agree to separate speaker terms covering content rights, recording and publication permissions, and travel arrangements where applicable.

7. Housing and travel

Synerg Events does not authorize any third party to solicit hotel bookings, travel arrangements, or attendee list sales on behalf of PARITY 2027. Official hotel and travel information will only be published on this site or sent from verified PARITY 2027 event communications. Please report any suspicious solicitation to us.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, and the PARITY name and branding, is the property of Synerg Events unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Event changes and limitation of liability

If the organizer cancels PARITY 2027 and does not reschedule it, paid delegate registration fees will be refunded. The organizer is not responsible for travel, accommodation, visa, or other consequential costs incurred by attendees.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the organizer's aggregate liability arising from a delegate registration or attendance at PARITY 2027 is limited to the registration fee actually paid. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Applicable law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are subject to applicable law and any mandatory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing in these terms selects a jurisdiction where the organizer has not expressly identified one.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the event develops. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
