Professional participation
Code of Conduct
PARITY 2027 is built on candid, professional conversation. This code applies to everyone in the room, on stage, at sponsor spaces, and in official event communications.
1. Our expectation
Attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, staff, and partners are expected to treat one another with professionalism and respect, regardless of role, seniority, company, nationality, or background. Disagreement and rigorous debate are welcome; harassment and disrespect are not.
2. Not acceptable
- 01Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, religion, or nationality.
- 02Unwelcome physical contact, sexual attention, or comments.
- 03Deliberate disruption of sessions, partnering meetings, or networking spaces.
- 04Aggressive sales conduct that disregards a person’s stated lack of interest.
- 05Recording sessions or partnering meetings without permission from organizers and participants.
3. Where this applies
This code applies throughout the official summit program, including sessions, partnering meetings, sponsor-hosted events, the welcome reception, and any official PARITY 2027 online communities or communications channels.
4. Reporting a concern
If you experience or witness a violation of this code, please report it to on-site event staff or email sachin.sravan@synerg.events. Reports will be handled promptly and as discreetly as circumstances allow.
To be completed before launch. Add a named point of contact and confirmed on-site reporting route.
5. Enforcement
Organizers may take any action deemed appropriate in response to a violation, including a warning, removal from the summit without refund, and exclusion from future Synerg Events programs. Serious incidents may also be referred to venue security or local authorities.
